Niche Sites Income Report – September 2021

INCOME

$ 33,539

EXPENSE

$ 11,751

NET INCOME

$ 21,788

These income reports are only for those niche sites that I started in 2019 or later

September is the last month of the quarter and is usually a good month for display ad income.

I also bought a new site from Motion Invest and I am adding that site to my income reports.

Bought a New Site from Motion Invest (Domain Revealed)

I decided a few months ago to not start or buy any new site. But I found one that felt promising and also a good candidate for me to openly share and show how I build and grow sites.

So I bought it!

It’s in the Pet’s niche (about rabbits) and cost me $ 5,800. It had 99 articles and was making $139 per month (all from the Amazon associates program).

I have decided to use this as my public case study site, and you can learn more about the site in the video I made

The site domain name is WhyRabbits.com

What Am I Reading/Learning?

For September, our book club chose ‘Never Split the Difference’ by Chriss Voss.

This book is written by an FBI hostage negotiator about negotiation.

It’s a good read and has some really interesting concepts. The author explains these concepts using real-life hostage situations.

While there is not much that I can use from the book in my online work, it does have some powerful techniques that can be used in our daily life.
